I've utilized a number of gyms while on vacation with my family over the past 20 years or so. Impact Fitness in Biddeford is perhaps the best gym, thus far. The place just has a great vibe with lots of space, and traditional and innovative equipment. I'm sure the regulars love it, but I would also recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation gym. It's a very good value, welcoming to strangers, and has a wide range in music for every age - I've heard Sinatra, Zepplin, and Mondo Drag within 20-30 minutes.
